Disappointing. We stayed for 7 nights and had multiple floors/rooms booked with family as the hotel seemed well reviewed and good standard but in reality the hotel was very run down and not maintained. Bugs and unkept bedding, stale smells. Housekeeping staff was great, cafe service is poor with wrong order keeping or after an hours wait being told that they forgot because they lost the paper the order was taken on. Washrooms are damp with mold and fixtures are broken or light wont function. We won't be returning or recommending the hotel and its branches. The management tries to make up for it at the end with apologies but it's too late after a tiring experience each day. Overpriced and overrated for what the experience actually is. Money is better spent elsewhere.
